Rabies Vaccination Requirement: For the safety of all, we require up-to-date Rabies vaccinations for all cats and dogs visiting our facilities. Proof of vaccination is needed before your first appointment, or a Rabies vaccine will be administered (subject to doctor's discretion for unwell pets).

Feedback and Online Reviews: We value direct communication and kindly ask that any service or care concerns be discussed with our owners or practice manager before public online feedback. Appointment Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Insufficient notice will require a non-refundable deposit equal to the exam cost for future appointments. This deposit will be forfeited without a 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Semi-Annual Wellness Exam Requirement:We recommend a wellness examination for every pet every 6 months to help monitor their health and identify potential concerns early. To ensure the safety and continuity of care for your pet, a current semi-annual wellness examination is required for pets receiving chronic medications or receiving outpatient services, including but not limited to nail trims and anal gland expressions.Pets must remain current on their recommended semi-annual examination schedule to continue receiving chronic medication refills and outpatient services. Our veterinary team will help you stay on schedule and remind you when your pet's next wellness examination is due. Please note that this does not apply to preventative flea/tick/heartworm medications.
Initials:
Annual Bloodwork Requirement for Chronic Medications:For pets receiving chronic or long-term medications, annual bloodwork is required to monitor their overall health and ensure medications can be used safely. Bloodwork helps our veterinary team evaluate organ function and identify any changes that may affect your pet's treatment or medication needs.Pets receiving chronic medications must have current annual bloodwork on file to continue receiving medication refills. Depending on your pet's age, medical history, medications, or individual health needs, your veterinarian may recommend bloodwork more frequently. We will do our best to provide reminders when your pet's annual bloodwork is due. However, it is ultimately the client's responsibility to ensure required monitoring is completed in a timely manner to avoid interruption of medication refills. For heartworm prevention, only a yearly heartworm test is required.
