We understand that every pet and pet owner is unique, and we tailor our techniques, treatments, and communication to create the most positive outcome possible.
Dr. Thompson was very helpful with my Mexican Black Kingsnake. She is on the road to recovery thanks to Joey and Dr. T. Always nice to see someone take their job seriously and really care about animals, like they do there.

They were all so kind and gental with not only our Lepard Gecko but also with us emotionally when we had to make the difficult decision to let our baby go over the rainbow bridge. Doctor Thompson was very honest with us in the most professional and kind way and we deeply appreciate that as it made everything much easier to process. We will absolutely continue to bring our other pets here for our vet needs.

She is very knowledgeable, and anytime I have questions and need to speak with her, she calls me back herself and gives me the time I need, never acts rushed.
